In 2010, RAISE Texas' work will focus on four action campaigns: Alternative Small Dollar Consumer Loan Products and Policies, Community Tax Centers and EITC, Expanding Access to Education, and Matched Savings Accounts.
RAISE Texas announces the launch of the Child Support for College (CS4C) Initiative. The goal of CS4C is to encourage long-term success for families in the child support system by assisting custodial parents receiving child suppor through the Office of the Attorney General-Child Support Division in opening a college savings account to pay for their child's future educational expenses and providing access to financial coaches.
