In 2012-2013, RAISE Texas' work will focus on four action campaigns: Alternative Small Dollar Consumer Loan Products and Policies, Community Tax Centers and EITC, Expanding Access to Education, and Matched Savings Accounts.
Last spring RAISE Texas partnered with CPPP, the United Way for Greater Austin and CFED to pilot an automatic savings program in an Austin preschool. RAISE Texas will be releasing a report later this summer on our pilot efforts with college savings accounts for students at school.
