Children's Savings Accounts (CSA): Building a Path to Higher Education

Children’s Savings Accounts (CSAs) are long-term savings or investment accounts designed to help children (ages 0-18) and their families save for post-secondary education. Research shows that even small savings set aside early can increase a child's likelihood of pursuing higher education.

RAISE Texas supports the expansion of CSAs across the state, providing operational assistance to programs like United Way of Metropolitan Dallas's successful Dollars for College initiative.
